video sermon by Francis Chan

I’ve got a couple of things in the works which will take some time.  So my posting may only be a couple of times a week.  But there are a couple of neat things on the way here.  For now, I’m going to post a link to a video which is well worth your time and attention.
TC Robinson at New Leaven has posted a video sermon by Francis Chan.  This is such a great message and very worth your time.  Have you ever looked at the New Testament church in the scriptures, and then looked at your own church, and then wondered how the word "church" could mean the same thing in both situations?  Chan gives a powerful testimony of what it means to be the church as the Bible defines being the church.  He doesn’t come across like he has all the answers, but here is a man proclaiming the truth with the humility of knowing he hasn’t lived up to it for a good portion of his life.
For those who want to have the power of God in their church relationships, here is a video for you.  I recommend this video for those who are in church leadership, for those who want to influence their church to be more Christ-like, and for those who would begin a church from scratch.  Get your lunch, get in front of your computer, and then give Chan your full attention for 33 minutes.  You won’t regret it.
